Refund and Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from CARRERA. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out using our contact us page.
Should you need to return a product, we accept returns for both full-price and discounted online orders from within 30 days of the purchase date. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. We charge a $8 return fee for the printable return shipping label. The cost of the return label will be subtracted from your refund.

Warranty Policy:
STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY:
All CARRERA products are covered for the duration of two years from the date of purchase against any manufacturer’s defects under the terms and conditions of this policy.
Prescription eyewear is warranted to the original purchaser for two years from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any pair of CARRERA Prescription Eyewear found to be defective exclusive of damage caused by improper or unreasonable use.
Terms & Conditions of warranty:
CARRERA has sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer's defect, and only authentic products purchased from an authorized CARRERA website are covered by our standard limited warranty (as applicable). If a product is found defective by CARRERA, unless otherwise provided by the applicable law, CARRERA has sole discretion to determine whether to (i) replace (ii) repair
The warranty program does not include a product that is lost, stolen, dropped, sat on, stepped on, run over, shattered, chewed by your pet, or any other damage that is caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.
Please be advised that the CARRERA warranty is for authentic CARRERA products including authentic CARRERA lenses, frames, and parts without modification of any sort. Any alteration to lenses, frame parts, or nose pads voids all warranties.
